Refund policy

At Spectacular Friends, each physical coloring book is made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@spectacularfriends.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Digital products, including downloadable coloring pages and printable files, are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
